Since 2016, Sharon has supervised, supported, and mentored social workers, empowering them to separate personal biases from their professional responsibilities and build confidence in decision-making. Sharon’s approach centres on reflective coaching, using thoughtful questioning to guide social workers in forming their own solutions and growing into assertive, authoritative professionals.
